1. Fill out and submit a complete set of BI Application Forms for Student Visa processing; and
    1. Five (5) pcs. 2X2 picture (with color);
  2. Get payment slip for Student Visa processing;
    1. P14, 700 Student Visa and ACR I-Card
  3. Pay Student Visa Fee at the DLSU Cashier at the Academic Services Hub;
  4. Submit O.R. of Student Visa payment to IC;
  5. Claim your Clearance for Confirmation;
  6. Proceed to the Confirmation Area of the Office of Admissions and Scholarship at the Enrollment Services Hub.
    1. Submit ORIGINAL PASSPORT (with two months tourist visa extension) during enrolment at the INTERNATIONAL CENTER, located at St. Joseph Building Rm. 207.
