For International Student using other visa types (9G, 9E, 47a2, 47b, Sec. 13, NB, RA7919, EO 226, MCL 07-021, MCL 08-01, SCWV, SIRV, SRRV):

1. Submit photocopy of:
   1. Passport photo-data page;
   2. Passport stamp of the latest visa; or SIRV or SRRV Sticker;
   3. Front and back part of ACR I-Card or SIRV Card or SRRV Card (whichever is applicable); and
   4. Annual Report Receipt
2. Claim Clearance for Confirmation;
3. Proceed to the Confirmation Area of the Office of Admissions and Scholarship at the Enrollment Services Hub.
